Bob, I could not say it better myself. I have had the pleasure of working with some of the people involved in this forum. I have seen the hard decisions they have to make - it takes a huge heart and strong will to run one of these groups. Like the animals they save they give unconditional love.

Doc..there are lots of causes out there. Animal rescue is just one. Just pick one, and offer to help somehow. Who was it that said if you aren't part of the solution , then you are part of the problem? It's easy to sit in an easy chair and point fingers, but what have you actually done to help...
